It is a good idea to ask our front office receptionist about how to access your patient portal. Why? Well, for one thing, you can check your lab results there as soon as they become available. But also, if there is an imaging result like say a CT scan report, the doctor can place it in the patient portal so you have direct access to it. And if you need a letter for work or for travel, our staff can also place the letter in the portal for you to see and print as needed. It makes sense and it is practical. And it is so easy! So, please ask.
